Consumer Refund Policy
Since most programs rely on a certain number of participants, we cannot offer refunds to players who withdraw less than two weeks prior to the start date.
From time to time, Racquet Network may have to cancel programs. In such cases members will receive a full refund.
Registration fees for Premium Private Groups are non-refundable.
Box League Policy
We are very proud of our ladders and leagues here at Racquet Network.
Unlike most clubs where ladders and box leagues are just names on a list, our ladders and box leagues actually work.
The main reason for this, we believe, is our play or die policy.
Play or Die
In order to continue playing in our ladders or leagues, every player must meet minimum participation requirements or they are removed from the league.
In our challenge league, players must play at least one match per year in order to stay alive. In our box leagues, players must play at least one match per month to stay alive. In both of these cases, players are eliminated if they fail to meet their minimum obligations.
Elimination
Elimination comes with a price. In all cases, if players wish to rejoin after being eliminated, they must repay their fees. In the case of box leagues, they must also begin again in the lowest open spot.
Our fees are not high. They are just high enough to keep people out who aren’t seriously motivated to play. They are also high enough to discourage players from blowing off a match because their favorite show is on TV.
Racquet Network also reserves the right to refuse an applicant’s request to join a ladder or a box league. Players who frequently annoy other players by failing to show up to play scheduled games are denied re-entry once they are eliminated.
No Exceptions
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to Play or Die. Players who fail to meet their obligations are eliminated. It doesn’t matter if they are injured, ill, facing an emergency situation or called in to work at the last minute. All players must play or die. No exceptions. Ever!!
If the excuse for not playing is reasonable, we will allow an eliminated player back in the league. But that player will still have to repay their fees and they will still have to start over.
Avoid Elimination
In our experience, the best way to avoid elimination is to play at least one match in the first week of the month. Some of the players in our box leagues have been doing this for three years or more. These players paid their fees once — when they joined the league — and have not had to pay anything since.
Photo Policy
Participants in Premium Private Groups are required to correctly represent themselves in their player profiles. Such identification must include a recent image in which their face is fully visible, their first and last names and their phone numbers.
Privacy Policy
General Privacy Policy – The information you provide to Racquet Network is used only by our members and our staff for the purposes of engaging in network activities. We do not sell, lease, rent or give personal information to outside parties.
Credit Card Security
Racquet Network never sees your credit card number or expiry date. All we see is a message from TD Canada Trust telling us that the money has been deposited in our account. Most importantly, though, Racquet Network does not store credit card information on this site.
Leaving Racquet Network
When you leave Racquet Network, we deactivate your account and profile. This means that your name and email address PLUS any additional information you added to your profile during your time as a member are instantly hidden from our members.
The only information that will not be hidden when you leave Racquet Network is information pertaining to games you have played and results your have reported to our challenge leagues, i.e. your name, your score, the game you played and the date you played the game.
Passwords
In order to access the members-only areas of our website, you need to create a password. Racquet Network recommends that you create a unique password just for this site. DO NOT use the same password for this site that you use for your banking site, for example. Remember that you can change your password at any time by clicking on UPDATE YOUR PROFILE.
Email Addresses
Users on this site do not see your email address unless you choose to publish it. In order to contact you by email, users must click on a button and send you a message through the website. They DO NOT see your email address when they do this. Even the email button is protected behind our login page. Only members of the network who are logged in can access this button to send you messages by email.
Phone Numbers
For those members who wish to become regular or frequent players Racquet Network recommends listing multiple phone numbers in their profiles. Keep in mind that these phone numbers are visible only to members of the network when they are logged in. Visitors who are NOT members of the network and who are NOT logged in CANNOT view phone numbers on this site.

In the event that Racquet Network finds it necessary to mail you a refund cheque, our staff may ask for your mailing address. This information will not be stored on our website. However, it will be stored in our office and be accessible to our accounting staff.
Cookies
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Racquet Network uses non-identifying cookies to facilitate logging in and logging out of the CLUBHOUSE for our members. You can still use the RN site if your browser is set to reject cookies. Our cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.
Computer Tracking
Our computer system is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by Racquet Network technical support staff.
In addition, our web sites track information about the visits to our web sites. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites, the daily requests we receive for particular files on our web sites, and what countries those requests come from. These aggregated statistics are used internally to better provide services, but again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on racquetnetwork.com. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables them to serve ads to you based your visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
