Cube Points not Subtracting Points

CP is adding points for comments/updates but not subtracting them when comments/updates are deleted.

Ugh. Related to the lack of support for decimals in cubepoints it seems. I think we need marketpress to support point to dollar conversions and then go back to using whole number points (cubepoints author doesn’t want to support decimals).
