Some Players Not Appearing in Report Drop Down

This is happening in several groups, but I will report this one only as an example.

http://clubhouse.racquetnetwork.com/groups/free-public-groups/squash-networks/calgary-squash-network/fish-creek-sports-club-calgary-squash-network/report-scores/

This group has two members: brentjohner and kchadden.

When I go to report scores, only my name appears in the drop down menu.

    There were 8 players caught up in the blank display_name issue and khadden was one of them. I’ve updated their blank display names to be same as user_login (default system behaviour). This issue can be closed.
