Unexplained Links

Has a new plug in been added to the clubhouse? I am seeing a bunch of new links on pages that do not have href tags. See attached image.

I turned on a setting in the Infinite SEO plugin options. It is supposed to help with SEO by automatically creating link-backs around the site. I thought it could be useful for users in navigating the site as well.
I wanted to try it but happy to turn it off it is not working.
