Calgary Advanced Indoor Tennis Box League
This box league has been operating continuously since 2010. It features advanced competitive players who like to play and keep score. It has strict rules which are designed to foster a competive atmosphere. Racquet Network box leagues are designed for competitive players at the intermediate level and above. They are not recommended for beginners or for players who are playing for non-competitive reasons. Most players are at the intermediate level. Advanced players are found in the top boxes. Beginners are found in the lower boxes. Matches are arranged by the players themselves and tend to occur at the Calgary Tennis Academy in Glenmore Athletic Park just northwest of the corner of Crowchild Trail and Glenmore Trail. It was the first Racquet Network box league and it has operated continuously (October through April) since its inception in 2004. Most players are at the intermediate level. Advanced players are found in the top boxes. Beginners are found in the lower boxes. Matches are arranged by the players themselves and occur at publicly accessible squash facilities.
