Like all 3G pickleball paddles, the HUSH paddle is a one-piece paddle made of resins and advanced polymers. It does not have an edge guard and is extraordinarily light. It is a paddle of choice for many competitive pickleball players in Canada.

The HUSH was originally conceived of as quieter pickleball paddle. After reading many news reports about pickleball being kicked out of retirement communities in the southern US due to noise complaints, Frank Wu set out to create a quieter pickleball experience. The end result was HUSH, a resin pickleball paddle that combined many features of the quieter 3G paddles with the hard hiting surface of traditional 2G paddles.
Championship Performance
Players using the HUSH paddle did reasonably well at the Canadian National Pickleball Championships in Calgary recently. Although all of the gold medals were won by players using APIKE pickleball paddles, the HUSH was used by two silver medalists. In fact, it was the only model other than Apike to appear in the hands of players who were competing for gold medals.
