General Cancellation Policy
Outdoor group lessons and programs are cancelled under one or more of these conditions:
1. Rain is falling from the sky
2. Temperature is below 10 degrees Celsius
3. Wind is dangerous
In the event of cancellations due to weather, instructors/organizers will do their best to make up what was missed in the next scheduled group program/lesson.
All outdoor lessons/programs are priced lower than indoor lessons/programs because we assume that some weather-related cancellations will be necessary.
Therefore no refunds are provided for cancellations of group programs or lessons due to weather.
